All orders require payment in advance prior to dispatch of goods

Last order times and more delivery information

Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday AEDT (eParcel & Express Post) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5pm AEDT on Friday are dispatched the following Monday morning. Sometimes, depending on your location and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option however, it will always be in discreet packaging.

 Parcel Post usually takes 2-6 working days for most of the country but hang tight, your order may take longer - click here to check delivery times for your postcode on the Australia Post site.

 Express Post currently takes 1-3 days and is only available to metro areas.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days before shipping. Each order is carefully checked and packaged before being labelled and sent out.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

 How long does shipping take?

Standard orders: 4-7 business days from dispatch.

Express post orders: 1-3 business days from dispatch.

NB: Due to COVID-19 delays and high volumes at Australia Post, some orders may be delayed in transit. During this time it is unlikely that Express post orders will arrive in 1 business day from dispatch if you are not located in the Melbourne area. Unfortunately this is out of our control, however you will be able to track your order.

UPDATE:  Australia Post have said that they are experiencing significant delays to deliveries as a result of Covid-19.  Please allow extra time for your deliveries, especially if you live in WA.  Express remains the quickest way for parcels to be delivered and Australia Post are prioritising them over Standard deliveries.

How do I track my order?

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. When your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking code and information on how to track your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Deliveries are charged at a flat rate as per Australia post, priced at the time of ordering.

Do you use discreet packaging?

Yes, we take care to use discreet packaging for all orders. Where we are required to include a return address we simply provide a PO Box.
